For Smart Phones and iPod Touch:

• Make sure you have a QR barcode scanner app on your phone. 
  Some phones contain a free pre-installed version, or you will need to download an App online before using. Look for a QR Code Scanner or Reader for your type of smart-phone, or try a free application.
  
• Open your App and take a Photo of the barcode shown above.
  Move your phone's camera to zoom in on the QR code. Occasionally it may be difficult to read due to lighting. If that occurs, back up from the graphic and then slowly move forward until the QR code comes into focus.
  
• The App will decode the barcode, display the web address, and ask if you want to launch the browser to visit the website.
  
  The QR barcode may be saved and used as a bookmark for future use, plus shared with others.

QR Barcodes are ONLY useful forh Smart phones with the correct app installed.

• If you continue having trouble scanning a code, try closing the application, make sure your camera lens is free of smudges, and then reattempt to take a photo of the barcode.
   
• There have been issues with certain phones being unable to scan QR codes because of their phone model, the camera resolution, older applications for regular barcode scanning only, etc.
